Check-in/check-out procedures
Check-in time starts from 3pm onwards, with check-out due at 12pm. If our guests are pleased to arrive before 3pm, our Guest Service Department will be happy to keep your luggage until your room is ready.
Early entry/late exit
Available depending on the possibility, in case of need please contact the guest service center 24 hours before arrival for your support.
We are proud that we have special standards to receive our guests and these standards include:
• Be aware of guest arrival date and booking notes to anticipate any needs or requests
• Waiting for the baggage carrier provided by the receptionist to the guest by name and booking details so that he can serve him better
Guest escort:
• The receptionist will check in when the guest is received and before the check-in process begins.
• The service center will contact the baggage carrier to accompany the guest from the lobby to the room.
• The personal baggage carrier will wait in the reception area until the receptionist has completed the check-in procedure.
• The receptionist will present the server in his name.
• The baggage carrier must greet the guest using the appropriate surname.
• The bag holder welcomes the guest with a beautiful smile while maintaining visual communication
While accompanying the baggage carrier, it will introduce the guest to the hotel facilities and outlets and will share the following information:
• Location and port types
• Location of the health club and business center.
• Revitalize and promote the hotel
• Explain more about the butler service
• Show the guest the nearest fire escape
• Inform the guest and the hotel prayer room
• Try to get some information about the guest’s history, what he likes and what he dislikes
Entering the room
• The room will be opened using the guest key and allow the guest to enter first.
